- Stock: Pristatymas 5-14 d.d.
Very user-friendly color camera for taking pictures of the moon, planets and sun (only with sun filter !) - ideal for smaller optics, such as the Celestron NexStar 6 or NexStar SLT 130 .
- Provides live images for easy focusing
- High resolution even without an additional Barlow lens
- Including the Celestron iCap recording software and the RegiStax software for filtering out the best images and then generating a total image ("stacking")
The NexImage 10 was developed in cooperation with the manufacturer of industrial cameras The Imaging Source (TIS). It is the first camera in the NexImage series with the fast USB 3.0 connection! Ten megapixels in conjunction with the fast transmission rate enable high-resolution, clear images of the moon and planets . The very small, only 1.67µm large pixels exhaust the resolving power of most telescopes even without a Barlow lens .
The scope of delivery includes Celestron's user-friendly software package . Simply point your telescope at the moon or a planet and record a short video. The software analyzes every single image, sorts out the bad ones and superimposes the remaining sharp images ("stacking"). The result is a bright, clear picture with maximum color and detail.
The NexImage 10 is an excellent introduction to astrophotography, especially if you live in a light-polluted area. When you see the planet in the sky, you can take a picture of it with the NexImage 10 !
The camera can transfer around 80 MB of data per second via the USB 3.0 connection, which is significantly higher than the transfer rate of USB 2.0. You can either read out the entire sensor or, with the freely selectable "Region of Interest", limit yourself to the area that the planet fills and thus achieve a higher frame rate.
